You run every property through four stages — Searches → Users → Opportunities → Assets — from the Manage workspace, log every postcard / project / intake / bid / maintenance event to a permanent dashboard activity hub, and preserve your team’s parcel knowledge with a personal overlay that keeps full edit history. Parcel-level Regrid data, exact funding figures, and CSV exports come along for the ride.
Yes. Every organization starts on Free with no card required. When you’re ready to start running properties through the Manage workspace, an org admin can flip the toggle on your profile. Billing is coming soon — until then, Plus trials are arranged by request through your Rainplan contact.
Flip your organization back to Free any time from the profile page’s Plan widget. Once paid billing launches, cancellation will be handled in the same place — Rainplan does not lock you in.

An organization is the team-level container in Rainplan: members of the same org share the Manage workspace, the dashboard activity hub, and the personal parcel overlay. The $49 / month Plus fee covers an entire organization — not per seat.
